What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I think people counting on cheap-yet-decent hotel rooms are doomed to disappointment.

Depends on your definition of cheap. Not as cheap as SF sure. I would guess we could get something decent for $139-169 per night with a group rate.

My definition of cheap doesn't include $170/night hotel rooms.

Our wings are not tired

In past years it has been strongly expressed that $99 is the breaking point.

If that is truly the breaking point, Chicago may be out of the running. I seem to recall higher rates at other F2Fs.

Yes there have been higher rates. Normally accompanied by gnashing of teeth.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Is that without splitting a room?

I think we may need to adjust slightly for inflation to avoid fleabag hotels and vacationing in the Third World, but probably along the lines of $110 or $120 as a ceiling rather than a huge jump.

Yes, that was before room splitting.

I'm good with paying a lot more for a room, I prefer nice hotels personally.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm always looking for an excuse to go to Chicago. Plus, right now my nephew is sitting behind me playing guitar and singing When the Levee Breaks and he just sang, "going to Chicago". It must be a sign.

Which reminds me that the only other place I can get Dr. Tichner's is Chicago!

I can manage a little over $100 If I split, split with one more then mos def.
