Saw Laura and Brendon in the Concierge/Breakfast room, so it was a nice way to start the morning. They're off to do worky things during the day!
I was clearly insane when I packed a pair of corduroy pants, though at least the weather isn't supposed to be in the 80s the way it was when I arrived.
Ailleann and I haven't seen anyone else this morning. We did briefly investigate the hotel ballroom which is as funky as the rest of this place, complete with original tin ceiling and lots of pillars!

Zenkitty and I are sitting in the concierge room chatting. We will soon make a run to Publix so that she can get some cold caffeine. The southern heat is getting to her, poor flower. She still looks great, though.
Sitting on the day bed at Ginger's and posting this. Last night was so much fun! nothing like the flail and squee of Supernatural with Buffistas, plus the squee and hugs from seeing Buffistas (again or for the first time). Vortex's hair looks amazing and as always she looked amazing.
I had Fernet for the first time last night. Actually twice, once earlier in the evening and then later on we had a group shot of fernet. It's quite...interesting. Burns on the way down but my cough is almost gone now so I'm going to lay that on the healing powers of fernet.
About 30 minutes away from hitting the road here,and all the heavy stuff is already in my car. Cross your fingers that this is one road trip vacation where I don't bring tornado cells in my wake like something out of a Douglas Adams book!
