Or I will loan you a cardie. Or a jacket. Stop fussing, woman.
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.

It looks like great weather to me, but I have my hot flashes to keep me warm.
I can easily pack everything in a carryon for a business trip, because what I'm doing is pretty circumscribed. For vacation, not so much. I also have to pack taking into account the fact that stains throw themselves at me. The last party I went to, I didn't spill anything on myself. I did, however, have beer, wine and salsa spilled on me by other people.
I have every confidence that Fay will be able to create new ensembles that include cardigans. Also? You can buy San Francisco appropriate clothes in the city of San Francisco.
Fay = adorable
Oh, bringing masses of heavy sweaters isn't an option, petal. I think I only have 2 or 3 of the things, total. And 1 cardigan, and 1 jacket. And minus no space in which to pack extra clothes...but I have a couple of shawly things, so I'm going to go with those, I think....

We knew that without the cardigans.
Fay, SF is anomalously cold for the region. On the upside, Seattle will be about the same temperature.
I'm imagining the photos of F2F with a whole bunch of people in tees, and Fay wrapped up like it's Winter.
Fay, if you're worried about looking put together, simply sit next to me. Everyone looks put together next to me. I dress with the colorblock method: I own as many solid-color articles of clothing as possible, then hope that the colors I choose to wear will work together.
See, it's the word 'treasured' that's got me worried. If they're some edition with emotional resonance for the person, I'd say don't bring them. We should stick to reading copies which people can hold onto without worrying about the binding, or something.
Good point, Pete. I'll see her this week (taped WW finale for her, so maybe she feels beholden), and determine the fragility of the books. If sturdy, I bring; if not, ah well.
Signed, Took 5 costume changes plus a vintage dress with full crinolines to Vegas with just one carry-on and no checked luggage.
It doesn't count if your carry-on luggage is a TARDIS.
Note, these are 5 costume changes in Vegas.
How much room can five thongs and a bunch of big-ass feathers take up?
Will someone be recording the Pooh readings for the enjoyment for those unlucky souls who won't be at the F2F?
At one point I had talked about setting up and doing a really nice recording, but the readings have ended up opposite the Winchester House trip, so I won't be able to.
