I would guess that he is at least in his mid-40s. Here is his myspace.
I think that the Feelies got together in the late 70s/early 80s so he would have been in his late teens at the youngest (I would guess) but more likely in his 20s at the time.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.

Well, the age and the state are right, but otherwise I think it's just a coincidence. Still, odd.
FYI, because this weekend is the Final Four (whatever that is) it might not be the best time to try and make reservations for the F2F.
Or so someone might have experienced.
Really? Because travel agents and airports are closed for the final four?

Whoops, I wasn't specific enough. I meant the hotel. Someone working the phones wanted to take a name and number and have someone call me back (I suspect it was the "Buffistas" group block that was the problem). I just said I'd just deal with it in a few days, since I don't know how much I'm going to be around today.
You can make your reservation on line, too. Just put Buffistas group in the memo or comment section.
I know the hotel is completely booked this weekend.

Huh. So you can. They didn't make it too obvious where to do it though. All set. I'm now committed to this years' F2F.
NY Times article on visiting Atlanta: [link]
As it mentions, Mary Mac's and The Varsity are Atlanta traditions. Mary Mac's serves excellent old-school Southern cooking and has been the site of much political wheeling and dealing. The Varsity's North Avenue location is the world's largest drive-in restaurant. My favorite order is a chili burger, an order of onion rings (made with real onions cut up before your eyes) and a Frosted Orange, which is somewhere between an Orange Julius and a partially melted Creamsicle. Many people would argue for the chili dog as being the One True Varsity Order.

My dear Frank, when I finally get to meet you in Atlanta we'll talk a little basketball.
Woo! Final tonight! Go Florida! Woo!
