Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I've only been called for jury duty once in my life, and I didn't even make it to the vetting part. Maybe I've just moved so often, they can't keep up with me.

Okay, well if folks feel like The Smokehouse is too expensive then we can to Cat and Fiddle over in Hollywood. I believe they are cheaper and they have great drinks if anyone wants to just join us for a drink.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Hey guys -- The taxi is picking me up any minute. I'll check in here once I'm at the hotel, or call Kristin in the morning if the hotel internets are broken.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Hey! I'm safely checked in to my swank Santa Monica hotel!

What's up with the "seemy LA" ad campaign I saw at LAX? Are they being ironic or clueless?

Laga - Feb 18, 2007 9:38:04 pm PST #4570 of 10002
You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Ironic or clueless about what? The lack of a space between see & my? Maybe I'm being clueless.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

uhhhh... the lack of a space creating the obvious seemy/seamy pun?

Laga - Feb 18, 2007 9:47:57 pm PST #4572 of 10002
You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Yes that was definitely me being clueless. I even looked up "seemy" on dictionary.com. Now I get it.

Our wings are not tired.

Now I want to see the ad. The seamy ad, and even more so, Jon's ad.

Have a blast in LA!

Your tag here.

Now I want to see the ad.

Well, there's www.seemyla.com.

It's too early for me to read the testimonials on the front page of that site. It runs too fast for me to read them. This is very odd since I generally read very fast. Huh.

eta: It is unlikely that I would see the ad campaign. I don't think LA markets to us. We get ads from Georgia, the Carolinas, New York, and of course various islands.
