It seems the best option to do the prom at the hotel. Convenient and all that. I'll either be driving, or renting a car so I could help transport people, but being able to pop back to the room for down time during prom is a plus.

The prom would be very much do-it-yourself at the hotel. We can add the extra-special Buffista event of decorating the prom room on Saturday.

Is there anyone, proper or otherwise, willing to be a point person for our Tuesday gathering? I don\'t have a cellphone, and will not have constant Internet access, so it would be great if I could call just one person and have him/her pass along any last-minute changes.
