I think the Buffy episodes from S4
S3, baby....
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.

That sounds like a wonderful evening, Beverly! So glad you all had a good time.
Old school baby, before you could download them, you had to count on the kindness of Canadians.
I was part of the tape tree for Earshot at the Bronze. GD2 got pulled on us before airtime (we were all World of WTF?) whereas Earshot had already been squirted on the satellite and I think the execs didn't clue that the show aired on Monday for us, not Tuesday. That really did feel like a victory for the community over Da Meng.
"Bootleg the puppy" is a Joss quote, when he found out the fans were cicumventing the network suits.
It was at the time of the Columbine shootings, and there was concern that because there was some superficial resemblance (Jonathan in the clock tower with a rifle, the students arming up against the mayor) the network might be taken as less than tactful in its airing choices, so they pulled the episodes.
The stories of which, of course, had nothing in common with Columbine at all.
S3, baby....
You are so right.

Aah. That's what I figured it was a reference to, but I didn't get the "puppy" part.
I like puppies.

I caught "Earshot" on the Sci Fi channel this evening.
I organized the tape tree, even. We had a Buffista who had access to some kind of professional facilities, and she made copies for like fifteen people.
I seem to remember an official (or semi-) link for the Atlanta F2F. Could someone post that link for me?
Also, I thought once the F2F had been officially booked, the stompies put the relevant link in the header, but I might be mis-remembering.
I've booked the time off, and I'll be going as far as Charlotte, NC during that time, so what's four or so more hours to meet a bunch of Buffistas I've (mostly) never met before?
