Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.

Our wings are not tired

You'd at least be near one of your locations.

The status is NOT quo.

And near us! Which would make me happy.

In more practical terms, I can also give you pretty accurate info about what the traffic is likely to be at different times of the day from Pasadena to various other locations. It is nice to be able to travel two different directions (110/10 or 134/101/405), though both routes suck during rush hour. But hey, you're from DC. You know the drill.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

(poking head in)

Fay, there was once a man, a piano player, but I'm not talking about it. And I'm sorry no one pointed you at mojitos; I understand the ones at Havana, in San Jose, are evilly good.

Who's coming to this signing in Cambridge Friday night? To the costume party Saturday night?

victor infante - Oct 22, 2006 3:36:35 am PDT #3974 of 10002
To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Alas, no way I can get out of work on time to get to Cambridge at a reasonable hour Friday night, but we'll be down there Saturday.

Yeah, a six pm start on a worknight strikes me as a remarkably dumb idea, but it's standard for a lot of bookstores.

If it's snowing, the top of my head may explode.
