I look more rad than Lutheranism

Columbus OH was #3.

Way to go, OHIO!

With a governor like ours, you kinda gotta drink. A LOT.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Frell -- Brooklyn Marriott quoted me $219 for a group rate. So that's off the table.

Left a message w/ the Holiday Inn.

Our wings are not tired

That's a bummer. I'd love to do Brooklyn.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm actually hoping for NYC, too. It could be doable for me since we now have Jet Blue service and I have a friend who has an apartment where I could stay in Tribecca.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I like Milwaukee. Not as much as I like Madison, but close.

Madison is much cooler, but it costs more to fly into Madison than Milwaukee. Much fewer direct flights. I'd be happy with either and I'd even help Brenda with the pimping of Milwaukee. Right off the bat, I'd offer up the Milwaukee Art Museum. Cool looking building, plus they have some outstanding Arts and Crafts exhibits, AND a permanent Georgia O'Keefe exhibit. Not a lot in it, but there it is.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

The regular museum is pretty cool, too. You can do a boat tour of microbreweries, and I happen to have recently discovered the only tiki bar in town. It used to be a punk club, who started doing "Tuesday Night Tiki" as a lark. It was so popular, it's now all tiki all the time.

Thing is? The clientele didn't change. So it's this tiki bar serving purple drinks and playing tiki music, all full of tattoed, pierced, colorfully-haired people in black.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Is the Art Museum the one right on the Lakefront? If so, I've been there. Fond but not terribly specific memories.

Madison is driveable from Milwaukee, but that raises the issues of having cars.

Oh, and Old World Wisconsin is a short drive from Milwaukee.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I've got good friends in Madison, so it would be an extra-bonus city for me!

How much of a drive is it to Minneapolis?
