I hate to mess up the ick theory, but I've got both the ick and my tonsils. Got muscle aches from coughing, that just a few days ago were aching from laughter.

I'm thankful for all our photographers, because, although I brought my camera, I didn't take picture number one.

We're very pretty. And what's amazing is, the pictures, foamilicious as they are, do not begin to do most people justice. Everyone is just so much more themselves in person. It's quite intense, and was occasionally a bit overpowering. Hence my running away from time to time.

Thanks to those who played along and kissed me. Definitely quality over quantity for me. Mmmmm. And you know who you are.

For what it's worth, G and I frequently hit the Folklife festival on July 4th, so if people want to do a meetup, it's possible.

(I know I wasn't at the F2F, and may not be legendary, but I like seeing Buffistas.)

I'm playing the "stay at home and find stuff to do" game. Have been for most of the week. It seems to involve a lot of DVDs, and not much laundry or dishes. Ummm...not that this reflects on my ability to be a good role model for students.
