Good morning! It's a beautiful day here, from what I can see. I'm drinking tea and trying to recuperate from the F2F Plague, and in an hour or so I'm meeting up with amyth and smonster to wander around the Haight for the afternoon. Well, it may be more of a crawl, since I feel pretty wretched right now, but I think the tea is helping.
I had a lovely evening last night; David and JZ brought Scola and me to their house to hang out and eat Thai food and watch
ElectroWoman and DynaGirl
(see new tagline) and
The Tick,
and even though I ended the evening by melting into a puddle of sickness on the couch, it was lots of fun. As was deb's BBQ, where I witnessed Emeline FINALLY saying Kristin's name!
OK, off to shower, will post MUCH more later!

My name, on the other hand, was pronounced "Go away!"

At least she talks to you.
This is Aimee and Joe's kid, P-C. I bet she knows MUCH STRONGER rebuffs than, "Go away."
Cindy! I miss you and I wish you were here.
On the other hand, I am sitting here with Amy Parker, talking and looking at pictures (and listening to poor Amy blow her nose, since she seems to have contracted the F2F plague). All your Amy Parker are belong to me!
Hec, are you around today? Ginger's coming here to Deb's shortly, and we want to wander and possibly see touristy things and buy souvenirs. JZ? You around? My cell's on the list.
Glad people have arrived home safely, although a there's big boo for people leaving. I miss everyone already, and did NOT get to see enoug Deena. ::stern look::
At least she talks to you.
Actually, she wasn't even looking at me.
My favorite Emma moment was her divine joy at my blowing in her face.
AmyLiz, I'm around, and lunching at 1:00, if you and Ginger happen to be in the upper Haight/Cole Valley neighborhood. (I might also recommend my work neighborhood, the inner Sunset -- Irving Street btwn 6th and 12th Ave -- not touristy, but fun-shoppy, with a comic book store, a magic store, goofy clothing and tchotchke shops, a fabulous beauty supply store, and excellent food of just about every ethnic variety but Russian). Call my cell or post something here if you want to try to meet up.

That was just heartstoppingly cute.
I've checked us out of the hospitality suite; all empty and done. I left a whacking huge tips at the desk for housekeeping.
Now to email Lilibeth
Reminder: for those still in town this evening, I'm doing a vast pot of pasta.
