I'd've expected Drake Hogestyn,

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Oddly, I dreamed of Austin last night, where he was a former coworker who came to some work party, and I couldn't remember his real name and kept calling him Austin.
Which Austin? Patrick Muldoon? Or Austin 2.0?

He's always kind of skeeved me. Though no more than the real Roman, I guess.
Didn't real roman used to wear a brown leather vest?
And a perm.
This may actually be the right crowd to ask this. One of my earliest memories is of Julie (of Julie and Doug) being in a cabin fire of some sort. I think she may have been pregnant. She ended up with horrible disfiguring scars, and I think she may have pretended she was dead rather than let Doug see her. Does anyone else remember this? Am I crazy? I am 34, and this was probably before I went to kindergarten, so some of you are probably too young.

An oven blew up.
No. Really.

Oh yeah! now I remember!
I just remember bits and pieces before circa 1979 it seems. I guess Chris was dressed for casual friday at work.

Drake was my second fave, my first love was Matthew Ashford. I used to cut out pictures of him and Melissa Reeves from Soap Opera Digest, and make hideous collages that I'd tuck behind my dresser in my college dorm room so my roommate wouldn't see what a freak I was.
Man, I'd forgotten about those until now. If there'd been (user-friendly) internets way back then, I'd probably be on a completely different fandom path. Scary.
