Now you can luxuriate in a nice jail cell, but if your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty flowered bonnet, I will end you.

One of my earliest memories is of Julie (of Julie and Doug) being in a cabin fire of some sort.

An oven blew up.

No. Really.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I just remember bits and pieces before circa 1979 it seems. I guess Chris was dressed for casual friday at work.

Which Austin? Patrick Muldoon? Or Austin 2.0?

Patrick Muldoon. They recast Austin?

I had a TREMENDOUS crush of Drake Hogestyn when I was in high school.

Drake was my second fave, my first love was Matthew Ashford. I used to cut out pictures of him and Melissa Reeves from Soap Opera Digest, and make hideous collages that I'd tuck behind my dresser in my college dorm room so my roommate wouldn't see what a freak I was.

Man, I'd forgotten about those until now. If there'd been (user-friendly) internets way back then, I'd probably be on a completely different fandom path. Scary.

Patrick Muldoon. They recast Austin?

Oh, yeah. Totally different floppy-haired guy.

HMOG, Alice Horton! I loved her! Remember when Dr. Horton was writing poetry under the name "Norm de Plume" and he didn't want her to find out? Comedy gold!

Austin Peck - New Austin, awful character, but not so bad to look at. [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Both Austins took krav. Patrick Muldoon took it longer, but Austin Peck was in my first krav class ever, and it would be dishonest of me to state he had absolutely nothing to do with my decision to sign up. He certainly could rock a wifebeater and hinted that it might be worth struggling through the hard bits of training.

I think that Patrick Muldoon was there the night I visited you at the krav centre.
