The Minearverse 5: Closer to the Earth, Further from the Ax

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Considering how multi-layered the characters we've gotten to know are, I'm thinking (and really hoping) that there is more going on with Army wife than just loving her husband. Because she was bugging me too.

Hopefully. Last night was...talky, and the scenes with those two made me want to change channels. But once Tully got in the Challenger I was re-invested.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

But once Tully got in the Challenger I was re-invested.

That's a really unique spelling of "incredibly turned on."

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Oh, I just figured they were passing on the other side of the road. And luckily no one was coming the other direction.

Except that there were lots of seemingly speed-limit-driving cars also going in the "wrong direction". The best hand-wave I could come up with is that the double yellow line separated out the high speed commuter lanes.

What is even happening?

Yeah, the double yellow line drove me bugnuts, too. I figured it was just poor [some technical word for whatever special effects they're using]. But I let go of stuff like that if the story is intriguing.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Oh, one question that I had -- I thought that Tully took the lead, if so, why were there other cars in the drive in lot when they pulled in?

Amy - Apr 17, 2007 6:12:05 am PDT #5735 of 10001
Because books.

I kind of took that as Tully took the lead among the cars we were *watching* but that the unknown others in the race actually came in before him.

Our wings are not tired.

the unknown others in the race actually came in before him

They probably went to Orientation.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I've skipped forward as I'm still downloadin'.

Seriously, Kevin, please STOP discussing this. Unless you're purchasing an episode of a TV show (for instance, on iTunes), or the network's website is allowing people to download episodes, then it's illegal.

Regardless of whether or not "everybody does it," it is NOT something we should discuss, and I'm asking you, Kevin, to please stop discussing it.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

What Tep Said.
