HA! X-posty winners!!! I've been grooving on the...irony is not the right word... Serendipity? Synchronicity?...ever since I heard he was cast. (working on the assumption that Kristen knew what I was getting at - I've meant to bring it up ever since I heard CMS was cast).
I like the pace of the show and loved the appearance of two actors from The Wire. I loved the use of "The Hungry Wolf", one of my favorite X songs. I did not like the song in the opening credits, but you can't win everything.
Pretty exciting - I'm all antsy for tomorrow's ep. Though I have to say I called Amy Acker in the back of the truck - mostly because that truck looked like an apartment building on wheels, so it seemed more likely to contain people than cars.
I don't think the waitress/trucker/whoever's to come are random at all.
I didn't like the two women in the threesome that got left behind - well, I didn't like any of the three - but for some reason I was glad to see them still going in the preview.
When they first said Rome I flashed back to the Google driving directions from NY to Paris (step 22 - swim across Atlantic Ocean) that someone posted earlier today.
