Pasadena to Brentwood? OMG! I am so sorry.
'The Killer In Me'
The Minearverse 5: Closer to the Earth, Further from the Ax
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Man, that's right down the street from me. Right down.
But I have a day job, so never mind.
Coffee break!
Pasadena to Brentwood? OMG! I am so sorry.
It's not fun, but it's not as bad as you might think. I leave really early to get to work anyway (the joys of school hours), and the Prius makes the 134 a quick ride. The 101 and the 405 are blechy, but I really love both where I work and where I live, so...
And ita, we still need to hook up after I get out of work one day since I'm seconds from your place.

Drive promo (HD): [link]
Hey, that promo actually lets you know that the show's TV-14. I was wondering why all of the other promos had a TV-PG label even though FOX rated at least the first three episodes as TV-14.
I took a survey at the NBC website last night. They asked which networks you watched, how often, and which shows, and how often.
They already have Drive listed on the page where they ask which FOX shows you watch, so I ticked the "Regularly" box for Drive.
So uh, Drive. First ep's pretty damn good.
Still not a Fillion fan, but he's much better cast here than in Firefly.
The rest of the cast, I like a lot. I thought the pacing was a little rushed, but I'm not sure how to fix that AND introduce the ginormous cast AND get through all the exposition about the race. Now that the introductions are out of the way, I'm looking forward to the rest of it.
Dude! I haven't seen it yet. I've read 4000 versions of it.
