You never know if a girl's gonna say 'yes', or if she's gonna laugh in your face and pull out your still-beating heart and crush it into the ground with her heel.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Woo!

Oh, so I see the fix was totally in in my absence. Pffft.

So next week are the upfronts. Though I'm starting to wonder why they're even having them this year since everybody's announcing their pickups in advance. At last count, ABC has ordered 12 new shows, NBC 9 and Fox 7. (As always, the shows with the worst buzz have been ordered.)

CBS and the CW are the only question marks. And given the 11th hour resurrection of 7th Heaven, the CW's question mark is really big.

ETA: Oh yeah. Invasion is cancelled but What About Brian has been renewed.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Invasion is cancelled but What About Brian has been renewed.

That is pretty surprising. I thought Brian would be gone too. I watch it, but have yet to see anything stand-out about it. I quit Invasion after 3 eps because it failed to grab me.

I wonder if ABC's relationship (hopefully continuing) with JJ swayed the Brian decision.

Have you heard anything about Heroes? That intrigued me a while back. Largely because of the cast, I admit.

It got ordered yesterday.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

the 11th hour resurrection of 7th Heaven, the CW's question mark is really big.

Get the fuck out of town.

Also, ew.

I can't believe that 7th Heaven would continue on air. Kristen, I could google, but I'm supposed to have this thing written before later today so I'm just asking you instead (am lazy, too!): any news on Gilmore Girls?

Got Life - May 12, 2006 10:55:17 pm PDT #35 of 10001
Life is eternal, Love is immortal, and death is only an illusion.

Dear God! Is this show going to be around long enough for all these twins to have twins??

It is like the horror baddie that just refuses to die....

Happy Dance for the new thread!
