The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I thought this was funny. The story is labeled as coming from southwest Louisiana, but I think it could translate to a "Little Old Lady from Pasadena" character for Drive.

The following post about the Cajun 12 Days of Christmas is pretty funny too.

Hey Kristen, I know it's weeks late, but congrats on the writing gig. (I just did my too-infrequent scan of the posts.) And regards to everyone, I miss you guys.

Signed,

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Good to see your font, Wolfram. Been missing you.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Wolfram, I was just thinking about you, the other day!

Curiously, so was I. Hope the kidlets are doing well and you had a good Channukah.

Fight for the desperate librarian! Don't let them take it like they took the spaz! - victor infante

Hi all, delurking for a quick idea. Although sending postcards, letters, emails, tabasco sauce etc. is a great way of showing networks that there's a huge fan base for a show, wouldn't it also be a good idea to try and get a real tally of the fans on a single website with a webcounter of some sort. Perhaps it can distinguish individual IP addresses to minimize tampering?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

WOLFRAM!!! Missed you, dear! And a happy belated Chanukah to the cubs!

Hi Wolfram! And thank you very much!

I was just driving along Sunset with the top down. On Christmas Eve. How awesome is that?

I will admit it is not as awesome as the Santa I saw the other day in the LeBaron convertible.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

That soiunds very awesome, Kristen. My favorite LA Christmas sight was a couple on a motorcycle in full leathers, with the passenger carefully clutching a very traditional wreath.
