FOX have started announcing the mid season stuff today - eg 24.

So, either we're wrong, or they've picked it up and haven't announced it to people yet.

I hate to say this but I think that's an old page. The roles of Alex and Corinna were both, obviously, cast but neither actor is mentioned on that page.
That was a generic "you". Similar to the generic "they".
(P-C, did VM do that badly? Or is it just that the ratings of all the CW suck that it doesn't matter about individual shows?)

Bastard bastard bastard. FOX, you can spend a few million on a pilot and do a web page with "New Series" on it, but you fail to pick it up? I cuss you.
There's also a web page for Beyond, which did not get a series order.
I think they probably did pages for all shows that were under serious consideration before the upfronts and then forgot to delete the pages that weren't included in the upfront presentation.
