Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Art Crawl!!!

I hope that you are right.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

I hope Jackal is right, too. (Dodges any potential bullets).

I hate to say this but I think that's an old page. The roles of Alex and Corinna were both, obviously, cast but neither actor is mentioned on that page.

Art Crawl!!!

That was a generic "you". Similar to the generic "they".

(P-C, did VM do that badly? Or is it just that the ratings of all the CW suck that it doesn't matter about individual shows?)

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Kristen - the voice of reason. Does anybody remember if The Inside had a page last year early?

I can't find sites for other pilot shows. This is annoying.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Oh, the page modified date is 14/07/06 23:47:49.

Bastard bastard bastard. FOX, you can spend a few million on a pilot and do a web page with "New Series" on it, but you fail to pick it up? I cuss you.

There's also a web page for Beyond, which did not get a series order.

I think they probably did pages for all shows that were under serious consideration before the upfronts and then forgot to delete the pages that weren't included in the upfront presentation.

ETA:

Does anybody remember if The Inside had a page last year early?

The Inside had a page in the upfront related website. It was the 21 Jump Street Inside but there was something.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Oh, yeah, I remember that now.

Well, apologies. I was pretty excited then, which is a first for a show pickup.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I hate to say this but I think that's an old page.

That was my fear.

(P-C, did VM do that badly? Or is it just that the ratings of all the CW suck that it doesn't matter about individual shows?)

It didn't tank, but it didn't give us invigorating hope, either. Although the final numbers are looking much better than the fast nationals.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Beyond has had it's cast options extended to the end of the year, according to Futon.

If there's no announcement about Drive I may... stomp my fan feet and whine.
