That's sort of depressingly true. I have no idea how Wikipedia manages to remain so..."accurate," given how fucking huge it is and that anyone can edit in whatever the hell they want to at any time. While IMDb theoretically monitors content before they put it on the site.

I think that Wikipedia is more current. I mean, the IMDB entry was accurate once upon a time. As for general error-checking, I don't use Wikipedia for much that IMDB covers, so I can't compare.

Yeah, IMDB relies on people finding and submitting information.
Also, I'm not entirely sure they are actually checking information nowadays. Classic example: the fact 3 different actresses have been listed for Wonder Woman.
