Some of the characters are extremely broadly drawn (like the tactical guy who always wants to go in and blow shit up)
I thought he was less annoying in the last episode. Then again, they did finally give him something to do.

I shared the squinty opinion of the pilot ep of Standoff. The second was better. And the third was better by several notches, since it offered Gina more room to play, a juicy bit of backstory fueling some conflict. It could really be a good show with Tim at the helm.
