Cocoa isn't just for mole, it can give real depth and oomph to chili and indeed to other similar things. (Also adds a nice note to sweet potato and black bean stew or soup, with cumin and chili and cinnamon.) And good pre-mixed chili sauce or seasoning usually includes cocoa.
