Ah, the pitter patter of tiny feet in huge combat boots. Shut up!

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Did you also consider posting that he should give them back?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Emmett is adorable. Love the expression in the photo, too. Cute boy!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Am leaning toward Oleana. Our first fancy meal out for ages!

I haven't been to the other two, but Oleana was amazing, so it gets my recommendation.

That said, I've heard good things about Rendezvous, and fondly remember meals of Steve Johnson's I had at THE BLUE ROOM and THE MERCURY BAR.

If the weather is at all nice, it NEEDS to be Oleana as they have the most amazing back patio. Heh, which reminds me of a funny Buffista story. Our (very good) waiter at Oleana (I went with my brother and his wife who have won me toasters) overheard us discussing Buffy and Angel and said he was an old high school pal of Eliza Dushku's.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Emmett is adorable! And I'm impressed with what sophisticated boys the Buffistas are raising - Emmett with his tuxedo, Laura's son impressing a girl with flowers!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Thessaly and Victor are the best. We went out to breakfast yesterday, and then they unloaded all of the heavy boxes from my car for me. Then, we went to Trader Joe's and Victor unloaded the heavy groceries for me too. I am totally addicted to TJ's. I have never had one near me before, but I am going to shop there all the time. Teacup guy is almost done moving his stuff, and then he is going to help me continue to move mine. Because of this I am going to refrain from freaking out too much about all the the junk that is currently in the new kitchen.

ION, I am going to go say good-bye to the nephews today. I'm trying not to freak out. Does anyone have a suggestion for a little travel gift for the older nephew?

Oh, my. Right smack in the middle of What A Girl Wants -- Colin Firth in a sleeveless shirt and leather pants. Dancing in front of a full-length mirror. It's... I'm... glurble

Well, I need to own this movie right now.

Tons of ~ma for vw's mom.

I hope so, because my baby turns six, today. I'm nearly morose about it, in my lj.

Wow! Happy birthday to him and hugs to you.

Emmett is adorable and so grown up looking

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

sj, I had a dream with you and your nephews in it, last night!

Cool! Probably because I have been babbling too much about them lately. I still can't quite get my head around the fact that they are going to be gone.

Always Anti-fascist!

Victor and Thessaly are like... Scott and Zelda. Without the freak-outs. Which pretty much guarantees when I meet them one will have hives or something, as I don't have idols.

They're the best. I hope you get to meet them one of these days.
