We die horribly and painfully, you go to hell and I spend eternity in the arms of baby Jesus.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

On the street where you live

Where the streets have no name

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Down these mean streets a man must walk who is not mean...

What is even happening?

Life is a highway

That's life, that's what people say

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Number 9, number 9, number 9

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Things I Scored At Thrift Town Today

Cool western shirt, cream with slate blue detailing around the yoke and pockets and placket. Pearly button snaps? But of course!

The miniature Gondor box that comes with the special edition of RotK. $3.99. I was walking along thinking, "Dang, there's never any tiki mugs anym...Hey! Gondor!"

All five volumes of the full color english translation of the manga for Spirited Away. $10.

A plain white short sleeve button front shirt. Sort of like a bowling shirt, but just white. Why is that cool? Because Alberta, the bartender at The Orbit Room, is expert at making her own iron-ons and is making a bunch for me from Love and Rocket scans. I'll probably put this one on the back. Maybe this one on the breast pocket. Possibly this one on the sleeve.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I still love the three-way, four-way, five-way Skyline terminology. Food + porn = who doesn't love it!

Cincinnati: the only city in the world where you can ask your waitress for a three-way and you don't get punched in the head for lewd innuendo.

DH's motto when asked, "Why do you like the five-way?" is "Because they don't make it six!"

I myself like the Skyliners without onion and the chilli cheese skyfries. But when they put the chilli in a burrito, topped with a ton of cheese and fresh lettuce and tomato--that's some damned fine chilli.

Jealous of the Graeters-Having Perkins. I have some Blue Bunny vanilla in my freezer but it's definitely not the same.

JZ, of your newfound dairy crazed feeding frenzy, I can only say that after my pregnancy, giving up whole milk was hard. I still crave the buttery goodness.

I think I've been stoned most of the day. First the nitrous oxide then some percocet when the numbness wore off. DH took a half day to pick up the kids, make dinner, etc. I can totally understand why some people abuse prescription painkillers.
