[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{Raq}}} I hope Mal lets you sleep tonight.

Yay, vw!!!

Dave was on my computer last night researching a job he has an interview for on Thursday, so aside from stealing five minutes on the computer here and there when he needed a break, I got a ton of stuff done. I love the sight of empty boxes! I wish I had been rewarded with a little more sleep for all my hard work though.

Because books.

Timelies, all. This morning is so far very gronktastic.

My SiL seems to be okay -- they gave her valium on top of the morphine, and she finally went to sleep. Her pressure started coming down, too. At this point, they're thinking it's a delayed reaction to the epidural -- her spinal fluid was clean and healthy, so no infection. Still, scary. Thanks for the all ~ma, guys.

I also don't generally fall fully asleep like that but it's hard for me to get to sleep unless we do that to start.

I can't do face-to-face sleeping, but we always snuggle before sleep. We usually spoon, and then one of us will roll over when we're near dozing off. The most we touch during the night is sometimes ankles, one hooked over the other.

we are 95% likely moving back to the DC area for our next tour, which means dealing with the insane-o housing market there

Yay for Raq being back in the States! At some point!

Mostly lurking...

Someone remind me to breathe. Lie to me. Tell me everything is gonna work out and be ok.

vw, Breathe! Everything is going to be fine, and I am not lying.

I am mostly anti-snuggling while sleeping. I have no problem with snuggling on the couch watching a movie. Or a little cuddling before sleep. But when it's time to sleep? I want my space, so I can toss and turn and not have to worry about if I'm bothering you, or worry about where my arm goes, or think "Well, this is *almost* comfortable...". No.

Well, Raq, the good news is, the housing market seems to be softening, possibly in anticipation of going down by the time you get back!

I should already be in the shower so that I won't be late for therapy for once. Don't wanna. Too tired.

Breathe! What's wrong?

Just totally and completely overwhelmed.

I'm getting the pig!

Try not to think of everything at once, vw. And breathe. It'll all work out, one way or another.

sj, get your ass in the shower. Now! MOVE! *giggles*

I woke up with a headache, as well. It looks like breakfast will be coffee and aleve.

Because books.

Breathing will help. So will a cup of tea, and sitting down and focusing on only one thing you need to do *right now*. Even if that's just drinking the tea.
