Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
face to face doesnt work to well - usually we are back to front - and since we are both about the same size it works either way.
DH said something about have a list of chores that need to get done on a list so he could just glance and see what needs to be done.
One list of chores sent - I have already thought of one thing left off.
sending the ma~~ to AmyLiz's SIL
and an article about my town that is intersting

If I could convince DH to do the separate beds thing - that would rock. I'm Tappy and Brenda with the not liking the face to face sleeping. I love snuggling, but when it is sleep time, I need my space. I want the blankets but I want to be able to stick my feet out from under the covers when I get too hot. DH snores like heck and won't get checked for sleep apnea, so I have to fall asleep before he does, or there is no sleeping for me.
~ma~ to AmyLiz's SIL. I hope it's nothing serious, but in any case that they figure it out quickly.
IOmememeN, I had a couple of medical tests last week that were no big deal, no stress. Whenever I have tests at this doctor's office, they send me a postcard in the mail saying that everything is ok. So, this afternoon, I had a message on voice mail from my doctor's nurse saying to call her to discuss the results. While I didn't expect negative results, the possibilities included keeling over with a heart attack and cancer, so I kind of flipped out when I got a call instead of a post card. I called in. Everything's fine and my lipids, which were fine, are now better. I'm very pleased, but let me tell you, that heart attack thing almost happened anyway!
I'm now off to stretch my legs to hopefully ward off cramps this evening. And tomorrow, temps are only supposed to reach the low 70s (whoot!). I'm
almost
happy with the thought of rain on Thursday.
(waves sleepily at the Bitches)
Mal decided he was opposed to me sleeping last night...in pretty much the same way he is opposed to me walking around the house or using my hands for something other than holding him. I think I'll be napping when he does today.
All your gronk are belong to me.
Hi Raq! All my gronk is apparently yours, but I suspect I'll need some back in about 8 hours.
Did I tell you guys about the time there were ants in my Pasta Roni? That was fun.
Did you find them before or after you took a bite? Because if it's before, I can top that story...
...dude, your story may have involved the taste of formic acid, but it didn't involve half a cockroach, so I can top it.
shudders.
Now I want to make a list. I'm thinking that it would include Hugh Jackman, Eliza Dushku, Sean Maher, Nathan Fillion, Lena Olin, Jamie Bamber, Nigella Lawson...actually, this could take a while. I'll be in my bunk.
Eek! Scary headache! I hope the doctors figure out what's happening soon and get the pain gone...and also that it's nothing too serious. So scary.
In good news, my loan promissory note was e-mailed to me during the night. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Gonna get it filled out and see dad on Friday to have him sign it, then get it mailed in. Did I mention Wheeeeeeeeee?!
watches vw get dizzy as she spins around on the merry-go-round.
Looks like the fun kind of dizzy, though, eh, vw?
Wheeeeee!
I'm kind of on the other side of the housing thing - we are 95% likely moving back to the DC area for our next tour, which means dealing with the insane-o housing market there.
But you're getting to get your own place! Cool!
Everyone's back in my building. Doors have been slamming all day, the girls running up and down the stairs in their high heels, people screaming at each other.
I'm actually sort of glad for it, as last night when I was riding the elevator back down from taking care of the cats, I had a total Ju-On moment - the elevator has a panel of wired glass at each floor, and I was looking in the mirror on the back wall of the lift and thought I saw something through the glass panel on one floor.
