It's too hot here. I'm way too acclimatized to SE AK, because I'm completely wilting in the heat, as it approaches the low 80s. I am such a heat wuss. Still, it's so hot that I'm actually glad for the freezing air conditioning.
Yesterday was the 111th birthday for my church. I think we had one of our best picnics ever. Well, ever in the last six years that I've been here.

I did, I did! Sadly, those sorts of tiaras/headpieces just don't work with my face shape & bangs.
The third girl with us in the picture is the girlfriend of the DJ. She's very nice, and the DJ? Well, I do call him my pet DJ for a reason.
