Buffy? I like that. That girl's so hot, she's buffy.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Have achieved lamb. And that crazy mint vinegar syrup thing was really good. Did my reading. Did not file all the damn papers in the office. Tom cooked me curry for lunch tomorrow and Tuesday. The kitchen sink's being weird, and I think I just want to go to bed.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Cashmere's post about the Great Refried Bean Shortage is making me crave a crappy 39-cent frozen burrito. Hmmm. I could go to the grocery store....

vw, I used to be a college advisor. If you wanna e-me the courses you've taking, and what your degree goal/major is, I'd be happy to make some reqs. (Realizing, of course, I know nothing of prof reps at your uni, so...)

Mostly lurking...

Oh, thanks Erin. I'll figure it out tomorrow. I just feel so out of control right now...I'm just not sure what steps to take.

What is even happening?

Laura, in recent prom-ish sort of pictures, I've seen some of the young women with two or three long stem flowers (usually roses, but not always), gathered with a pretty ribbon. I'm not sure corsages are the thing. Maybe you could ask at a florist either near the school or the dance--see if they're getting orders for the dance, and if so, what people are ordering? Just a thought.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

-t and I bought a present for Emma that made us both laugh like loons.

What is, what is???

I found her a t-shirt that says, "Mommy needs her meds!" with a picture of a harried looking mom. I laughed so hard.

What is even happening?

Laura, here are some examples of what I was trying to describe:

[link] (the top few photos are what I was talking about, although they're more elaborate than I was thinking of, particularly for an 8th grade dance)

I'd still try to find out from a florist or other parents, though. These things vary from school to school. I know for my prom, we all got nosegays, while at my friend's prom a town away, everyone had wrist corsages.

I found her a t-shirt that says, "Mommy needs her meds!" with a picture of a harried looking mom. I laughed so hard.
Whee!

I'm getting the pig!

Watching Funniest Videos and there was a husband and wife in one of the clips that were hilarious. The wife would constantly lock her hubs out of the house or the car until he danced (cabbage patch and running man were popular with her) for her while she had the handheld camera running.

I would so totally do that.

I found her a t-shirt that says, "Mommy needs her meds!" with a picture of a harried looking mom.

PICTURES!

It's overwhelming, vw. Start with what you need to have as far as core classes. Then cores for your major. Always try to include one class you are geuninely intrigued by some aspect of. And have you ever gone to RAteMyProfessor.com? Some entries are BS, but sometimes you can get an idea about what professors are loved and excellent...and the ones who are to be avoided, for whatever reasons.

If you feel better tomorrow, seriously e-me, and I will help you brainstorm.
