Spike: Lots of fuss over one girl. Other things to do around here--important things. Angel: You know that whoosh thing you do when you're suddenly not there anymore? I love that.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

If you go to Celebrity Baby Blog, you can find a link to scans of all the pictures in the set. There's at least one with the WTF!?! turtle expression.

That's a comfort. Possibly it is human after all.

However, pictures of Lily do not count as refutations of the unearthliness of the Brangelina baby, as I have long thought the gorgeosity of both Lily and her mother very suspiciously unearthly.

Mostly lurking...

vw, one of my sisters once came to visit me with two sets of house keys. The day she left, we found one set in the vegetable bin, and one in my dooryard. I consider this a miracle, since TWICE during that visit she left them on top of the car and drove off. Fortunately, we only had to dodge traffic once to recover them in those instances.

Oh, my!

Now I must head over to find Brangelina baby pictures. I'm just about as obsessed with them as I am with TomKat.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, Lily at 4 days, heartbreakingly beautiful.

Skunks are so cute! With their tiny little heads andthe way they amble along with no regard to any primates or felines who might be around - I have never ever seen a skunk hurry. And not just baby skunks, adult skunks maintain their cuteness (unlike, say opossums which start off cute but rapidly become pretty scary looking). I don't even mind the skunky smell if it's not too strong. It mostly makes me think that someone has been smoking really good pot.

Not that I would know anything about that.

Much good offer~ma for Nora!

Oh, I forgot to say yesterday, I think, but DH does not have fuzzy bunny slippers. He has fuzzy-on-the-inside sheepskin slippers that he does, in fact, work in most of the time. His usual work uniform is t-shirt, boxer shorts and slippers.

It mostly makes me think that someone has been smoking really good pot.

not being a "smoker" myself, I remember being at a George Clinton concert where someone (his granddaughter, I think) was rapping "something stinks and I want some" and being confused.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Lily and Em are not typical new babies - they're extra-special adorable and beautiful.

Baby skunks are, indeed, adorable (though not as much so as Lillian and Em). My mother once got to cuddle one that had been de-skunked and kept as a pet - she said it snuggled up and started licking her make-up off.

And P-C - the pose worked!

What is even happening?

But this tiny baby? Fucking ridiculous placid peaches-and-cream beautifully proportioned symmetrical cherubic Botticelli beauty. It's a triumph of movie star eugenics.
Could be a C-secton baby.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And P-C - the pose worked!

Hee. To wit: the girl on the right broke my heart into a thousand little pieces and then stepped on those pieces. Over two years. Retroactively.
