You know, it's funny. We went to war never looking to come back, but it's the real world I couldn't survive.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

::swoons a little at thought of Burrell with Chrissie Hynde haircut::

You are sweet, although I have no illusions about looking like Chrissie. But I think it's a fabulous cut all the same.

It is a great cut, but even cooler on a professor. Also, you can practice telling your department chair, "Not me baby, I'm too precious. Fuck off."

Always Anti-fascist!

Love. Also, my brain is reminding me of Phoebe telling CH how to play "Smelly Cat", which, although random, is sort of a cute thought.

Librarian Warlord

Health ~ma to your cousin, Spidra. I hope it turns out to be nothing.

My husband thought I might be interested in road-tripping with some of his Frisbee team this summer for a week. Silly husband, he knows I don't speak Frisbee, but I've got to give him points for trying.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Sigh. Mildly disappointing start to the day. My mobile phone prepaid account has run out. Time for a plan, so I won't just top up, and in the meantime I can't send messages to the Wallybee (something along the lines of "You should get a badge saying 'Irresistible to Penguins'."). And I had an unpleasant dream last night. My subconscious knows the buttons. I dreamt Bec wanted to leave me.

Oh, and I'm checking out my finances, and my trip to the States and my trip to Canberra are making themselves felt. (Thanks to the judicious use of frequent flyer points, the Canberra long weekend is costing more so far.) I'd saved the necessary funds beforehand, but it's still not so much fun watching it disappear. Ah well.

Quick! Someone come up with something happymaking!

Hee. My iPod just started playing "Sympathy for the Devil". Given the date, that qualifies as happymaking.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Quick! Someone come up with something happymaking!

Dude. The Wallybee. Does it get more happymaking than that?

But I cannot contact her! She is beyond my reach. What kind of a god etc.

What is even happening?

billytea, things are so nice, your subconscious had to resort to re-runs to push your buttons.

Can't you email the Wallybee?

Yeah, but she's probably out doing a job. She doesn't seem to check it often anyway.

See, you're making me dwell on the unreachability of the Wallybee. This is not happymaking!
