Giles: Stop that, you two. Riley: He started it... Xander: He called me a bad name! I think it was bad; it might have been Latin.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Beers with that high of an alcohol content are usually India Pale Ales.

Geez, Suzi. That's awful. Much ~ma to the family of the temp's sister.

I'm glad to hear your interview went well, Aimee! We knew they couldn't help lusting afterwanting to employ you.

I'm not sure that it is, though, based on the alcohol content (and IBUs) of some of their non-pale ales: [link]

However, he loves the hops, so it probably is a pale ale of some sort.

oh, yeah, I forgot that brewmaster is muy macho when it comes to ABV %. Was a challenge to be the designated driver that day!

Steph, this beer sounds like it has a similar concept. Maudite. I've always found this cool. Luckily, there is no Dick Cheney similarities!

(Also, so cool that you're studying something you can actually explain to people

Heh, yes. It's all very explainable until you get into archaeological theory and at that point people start backing away slowly. So I generally don't bother.

Ah. The bro just e-mailed and said "it is a dark IPA and it is delicious." He's a total hops freak.

I forgot that brewmaster is muy macho when it comes to ABV %.

He really is. The new beer, with an ABV of 6.66%, is actually smack in the middle of their ABV range. Hell, they have 3 beers that are 8.0% ABV:

HellBrook: This American double red ale is packed with enough hops to balance the full malty body. ABV 8.0% IBU 60

Heady Topper: Is our double I.P.A.! Loaded with hops, this one will put hair on your chest. ABV 8% IBU 120

Shtupulator: This is the second batch of our strong German-style lager. It is mahogany in color and full of malt flavor. Brewed entirely with Munich malt and aged 12 weeks priot to release. ABV 8.0% IBU 22

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Ok, our temp called in. Her sister is out of immediate danger, but had major surgery last night and one side of her body is numb. Not sure what all is going on - but she will make an eventual recovery it sounds like.

To add insult to injury, as we were picking up some work from the temp's desk we discovered a bunch of things we thought she had completed that are still not done. So when she does return to work we are going to have to talk with her about workload and communication. Just what she needs. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
