Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Saw the Wallybee last night. She brought me a pressie! A very stylish business shirt. It's a perfect fit, and I needed a new business shirt. I'm way impressed.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Wallybee sounds very sweet.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Skipping along (well, mostly skimming, but that lacks the poetry and fun of skipping)...

Love LOVE LOVE! my PCP. HATE her office.

I'm so with you on this, vw. I always thought my doctor's nurse hated me because I was overweight (no insecurity there), and then I was talking to a friend who is not overweight, and she was talking about how she goes to the same doctor and loves her, but the nurse is mean to her in exactly the same ways she's mean to me. I was so surprised to find out that the nurse was just had no people skills, rather than that there was something specifically wrong with me. Not that this is all about me. I'm sorry I missed your time of ~ma need, vw, but I'm glad it didn't go as badly as expected. You know you always have ~ma from me, right?

Re: high school reunions, my high school 20th reunion was last year. I didn't go. Frankly, if I were going to spend the money and time to go see a bunch of folks, I would certainly rather do it to see buffistas than to go to a high school reunion.

Now, back to being dark grey. Some day I'll tell you all about the last week, and perhaps the next, but right now it would take five hours and I'd be crying for most of them. Which is funny, because while it has been pretty intense and there have been some bad parts, overall it hasn't been a bad week.

Not funny at all. You were in a tense situation. Once the tension goes away it's all about how you release it. If crying helps, then do it!

And I missed the cutie drunk married lady! Dang it for having to go to bed early on a Friday night.

I missed Maria. Sad now. At least I have her drunken pixels.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

I'm feeling grumpy today. My body hurts, and the weather is crap, and I just want to stay home this morning and wallow but nooooo I have an obligation... UGH. I hope a hot bath with epsom salts is in my future today.
