You know me! I'm like, "Go school! It's your birthday!" Or something to that effect.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I like lima beans. A lot. Would-eat-as-snacks like.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

After seeing pictures of me from the F2F (as well as realizing that some of my skirts are too tight), I vowed to be better about my eating after the F2F, and get back on the exercise train.

OMG, yes, this. I know I'm still less hefty than I was at the start of the year, but I reckon I've regained probably half the weight I lost. (...and possibly eating American candy isn't the best of all possible ways to get back on the Healthy Living Bandwagon...)

Crap.

Meanwhile, I am watching The Tick, and my flatmate is still awed at my capacity to track down and bring home The Gay, even inadvertently. I suggested maybe she was just more capable of picking up on the Subtext, but then a few seconds later the subtext bent the text over a chair, spanked its ass and fucked it senseless, so I had to agree that, yeah, wow, big with the gay.

In less fun news, we have no water. We had no water at the weekend, which was fairly crappy after travelling some 27 hours or so (although eventually water happened around midnight, and so I fell asleep in the bath) - but no water at the weekend has happened quite a few times over the past month. But now no water during the week too. (Remember that Sunday is the equivalent of Monday over here). So that sucks.

Live action.

I can't decide whether I love Arthur more, or The Tick. I'm awash with BLESS.

The status is NOT quo.

I need a little encouragement, please. I'm attempting to fill out a ten-page financial disclosure form for the divorce. It's worse than doing taxes by far. I'm more than a little freaked and overwhelmed by it.

Oh, in the live action version I am ALL ABOUT Bat Manuel.

Kristin, you'll be fine. If things start to feel overwhelming, give yourself half an hour off to do something relaxing, but make an agreement with yourself that it'll just be the half hour so that you don't start dodging the whole thing.

After all, sooner you can get it done, the better.
