'Beneath You'

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Woo, go VW.

Well, off to work...

This is the link to the letter, mine's at the very bottom.

Our wings are not tired.

That's very cool askye.

It is that time of year. Last day of school is Wednesday. I want to get the teachers gifts. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. The boys will make personalized cards over the weekend.

Bobby has 3 male teachers he loves. He hates his female teacher and he won’t be seeing her again because they have stopped switching classes. I won’t force him to give her something.

Brendon wants to give gifts to his coaches and one other male teacher. Two women on his list. He said the librarian has always been really nice to him and he likes his female computer teacher a lot. The gifted coordinator at his school is a real sweetheart too. She went to every sporting event and cheered her lungs out.

It is tough to figure out something that will let them know we appreciated them and yet still be affordable since we are talking 10 gifts here. Ideas?

eta: I'll xpost to Natter since there are teachers there that don't read Bitches. Shocking isn't it?

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Timelies all...

And, now, if Good Omens is ever made into a film and anyone else plays Aziraphale and Crowley I'll be crushed.

debet, this very concept makes me happy. But which would be which?

vw, yours doesn't come up here?

And now, off to a meeting, though I have no idea why I'm going.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Laura, if you know something about the teachers' hobbies, there's always gift cards. (Tip: Retailer-specific cards usually involve less in fees for you and them than VISA cards do.)

Mostly lurking...

Ailleann, I've got it all figured out. The software needed to be downloaded from Microsoft, that's all...

Yay, askye! That's very exciting that you got printed.

So, how scary is it that my OWN address is wrong in my contacts list. I think we need to do some major updating.

I'm getting the pig!

Are all my poor F2Fers not really sick at all, but suffering from opiate withdrawal?

That can't possibly be it. Suzi drank enough of the Fernet that Juliana had to cut her off and yet Suz isn't sick.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I think the people who are sick did not drink enough Fernet.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Nicole - HEY. I mean, ummm....yep - still no ick.

Juliana did indeed cut me off Friday night. Don't remember about Saturday... Brenda, shocked that you didn't have any - somehow I thought we had shared the last shot. If it wasn't you - who was it?

No hangover was lovely.

I agree with Jessica's theory.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Jessica's theory works for me. Perhaps it is that I drank it Saturday after Prom, so any germs were doomed to a very short life?

I'm so glad it's Friday, even if I did only work 2 days this week. I need the 3 day weekend to get caught up around the condo. Dishes are done, but I've got a box full of flowers to plant that are all wilty because I forgot to ask my daughter to water them while I was gone. I'm looking forward to having my balcony pots all set up to be able to sit among and just look out at whenever I need cheering up.
