Also, I'm still awake. I thought Tylenol PM was supposed to actually put me to sleep. All it's done is made me feel kind of sick.

I like what fernet does - leaves my brain clear - and relaxes all other muscles. It would be good on not sleeping nights ( which are just often enough to be annoying , but never so bad that i want another drug)

fernet tastes like someone went into the pantry - grabbed all the herbs and tossed them in a bunch of alcohol and let the steep - forever. Very shocking to the tounge. But it grows on you
