Ok. I have printed out all my "books" and organized them into three ring binders - one for each class.
I have also completed my first discussion questions assignment.
I have to come up with answers for a CheckPoint thingie for my other class that's due tomorrow.
Me am a stoodunt.
Sigh. I am a BIG DORK who is too easily swayed in her mood by the lack or presence of an email in the inbox. HATE that. (But am, um, really glad an email did eventually show up, even though the fact that it took two days made me annoyed)
I think if Billytea and Wallybee had children, they would DEFINITELY be MoleRats.
I think VW should beat Not!Emily with a wooden spoon. And then make him do the unpacking/putting away.
Am *I* supposed to call The Boy, or wait for him to call me? Am I being pushy if I call him?
You are supposed to call him, because he does not know when exactly you got back or if your flight was delayed or if you got home and had to crash and sleep for 12 hours, or what. You call him.
Meara, that e-mail thing happens to me, too.
Don't like it.
A block from my fucking house. I had to leave to go shopping to buy something decent for my interview tomorrow and they let me off my street but they wouldn't let me park when I got back. I had to walk two blocks from where I parked my car. My street is officially a "crimescene" with police tape and cruisers and everything.
going to make artichoke and shrimp risotto. Sean's fault. or maybe his girlfriend's fault. it is more fun to blame it on Sean
not good, Cashmere, not good
Cashmere, I'm extremely thankful that you and yours were not hurt. How frightening!
Thanks, Karl. Christopher rode his bike into work today. I'm glad because that's right about where he turns in to get on to our street and he'd have been in the vicinity when the shooting occured if he'd have been driving. On his bicycle, he gets home later than usual.
For the most part, our neighborhood is safe, but we're surrounded on all four sides by less nice parts of town so there is sometimes a little bleed over.
Stoopid criminals and their stoopid guns.
OMG, Cash. Stoopid indeed. Plus, what Karl said. Yikes!
And I'll note billytea is YET to answer the engagement-visit question. He's just listing people willy nilly.
I will state for the record that neither willy nor nilly are on the list. But you might be.
Anyway. It is not an engagement visit. For comparative purposes, Bec and I dated for four years before we got married. Wallybee and I have been going out for less than four months.
