Animal arrangments have been made.
Thanks, Robin. That helps calm me down a bit. The thought of having to wash sheets and dishes and stuff after all this tomorrow was about to do me in.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

billytea, IS it an engagement visit???
Ooh. You just made the list.
Hey, I just wanted a little clarification....
Relatedly, what's the proper protocol in calling a sweetie after you get back from vacation? Am *I* supposed to call The Boy, or wait for him to call me? Am I being pushy if I call him? Does his not calling mean that he didn't even notice I was gone, or if he DID notice I was gone he really REALLY enjoyed the gone-ness?
I'm not relationshippy, damn it. Who calls at this point?
don't play games - call say hi - if you want to see him soon say so , other wise just say you called to say hi.
My advice is: If you want to talk to him, call him. But consider the source.
What Beth said.
Teppy, I'm with beth, too.
And I'll note billytea is YET to answer the engagement-visit question. He's just listing people willy nilly.
My advice is: If you want to talk to him, call him.Mine as well.
But consider the source.
beth is wise. That is all.
I would add that ita is too, but then she went and threw in that qualifier, so I'm going to play it safe and just go with beth.
Call the boy.
Maybe have a shot of Fernet first. If we're considering the source.
Definitely call him, Teppy.
So, in Roach Elimination 2006 (TM) preparation, we have the kitchen mostly packed (furniture still needs to be moved away from the walls and someone tall needs to get down the things that are on top of the cupboards), the bathroom furniture moved (under the sink still needs to be cleaned out), Emily's room ready, and (I'm assuming, since he's gone for the night) Not!Emily's room ready. Still to do: my room (including the little office area that I have NO clue what I'm gonna do with it), the living room, and things previously mentioned.
And, just think, tomorrow we get to put it all back!
