I'm sorry, Nora.
Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

So sorry to hear about your loss, Nora. ~ma for peace for you family.
JZ, I'm glad the oogy feeling did not last long.
{{{{Nora & Family}}}} So sorry for your loss.
got off the phone with my grandmother. We cried at each other but it was OK. I guess Gregg was riddled with even more cancer, that no one knew about until post-mortem. One of Gregg's sisters called my grandmother last night with the news and said, we would have called you earlier, but we thought he was going to come out of it. They've been there so many times.
Oddly enough, my one relative in the Bay area is another of Gregg's sisters, so when I called her today, she was already back in MA.
Also, I had such a great morning with Tom (he didn't have to go to work until 11) and I joked, after eating the fantastic breakfast at Dottie's, because things were working out so nicely and Tom got to have a bit of fun for once, "note to self: check traffic very carefully on the way to the hotel." because you can't expect fun times to happen with out a price, you see.

Apparently my daughter has broken her wrist while playing horse (pretending to be a horse, not shooting baskets). This is her second broken bone, poor thing. It seems impossible that she has had two broken bones and Leif hasn't broken anything yet.
Yikes, Gud!
Poor kid. Hug her thoroughly (yet gently).
