Emmett had another good game. I think his hitting slump is over since he got four hits today. We crushed them 20-5. And they have some really good players (who just weren't pitching today). Since Emmett has an incentive laden contract, I now owe him several new Tintins.

There is no slighting! On my current (tentative) schedule, I plan to be staying in SF on the 21st and 22nd. Unfortunately, using frequent flyer points have compressed my travel plans by two days (which had already been truncated by a week because Wallybee can't come with me and I'll be taking her to Alice Springs for a week when I get back), but the impending sprogfall has assured SF's place on my agenda. For that matter, I'll be flying out from SFO.

Stops as they currently stand: LA (including the Wild Animal Park at least, and hopefully the S.D. Zoo too); San Francisco; Seattle; Chicago (staying with my law perfesser friends); NYC; Atlanta (DragonCon!). Oh, and Cincy.

At the Mothers' Day festivities today, I did not have dessert (pound cake with ice cream and strawberries in some sort of goo that doubtless was a sugar-laden goo). I am VERY proud of my ability to resist Teh White Devil. I deserve a gold star. Or! A cookie! Yes. A COOKIE DEAR GOD I DESERVE A COOKIE!!!
