Also, you can tell it's not gonna have a happy ending when the main guy's all bumpy.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

maybe she's too honest to win around here!

Possibly so. Damn shame, if you ask me.

I've finally got around to doing laundry for this week. I know I'm going to overpack, I always do. Think I should have started lifting weights 6 weeks ago just for the trip.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Excellent hair, erika!

Thanks, not Too Much? But on a leather pants occasion? Is there Too much?

The status is NOT quo.

Erika, love the hair. Definitely not too much. There is no "too much" at a F2F unless we are referring to candy, IMO!

Hell, erika, all you need now is a black leather trench. Sex-ay.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Nora, is there a sump pump in the basement?

Sadly, no. Our neighbors are working on acquiring a wet-dry vac, though, and hopefully will use it on our place if sucessful.

Oh dear, Nora. You don't keep anything important down there, I hope?

We keep random crap down there, nothing too crucial. most everything is off the ground at least, and a few shelves up to boot.

I have spent most of the day calming down Tom, telling him, it's OK, there's nothing we can do about it, we have to let go of the stress. But I just went down a half hour ago and the amount of water has just increased exponentially. It has to be coming from the water table below. There's just no leak (that we can see) that's strong enough to produce that kind of water volume.

CHRIST.

So, yeah, now I'm freaking out.

Hee. It's the only thing I have. I'm afraid to go for the leather pants, I have a hard enough time finding regular pants to fit my shape.

Nora, I hope the weather calms down soon enough that the basement starts draining before any serious damage is done. Is it possible there's a broken water line under the basement?
