Hey sweeties. Another night of nightmares and anxiety dreams. This makes the fourth night in a row. It's 5:30 in the morning on a Saturday and I've only been asleep since 2, and yet I'm wide awake and shaky. Again.
Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
{{{Kristin}}} Oh, honey, I'm so sorry.
Can you make some tea and put on some music? Or pop in a DVD that makes you laugh, and possibly doze off again?
I'm so sorry, babe. Disturbed sleep is awful, especially when it's bad dreams.
Thanks. I got some water (I think part of my headache right now is the dreams, but most of it is dehydration) and am using the internets to calm myself down a little before trying to go back to sleep.
Try something like a game -- one of those that takes a lot of concentration or you're out. iWon used to have good ones. It's a great distraction.

ETA: Thank you three again. I'm feeling a little more human and am going to try to go back to sleep.
Good luck, Kristin. We'll see you (hopefully) in a few hours. Mwah!

Sleep well, m'dear.
Sleep well, Kristin.
I should not be awake. Taking a couple of Benedryl, drinking some water and going back to sleep. Kittenish agrees though she would like some food as well. Cat will have to wait. Bet she wishes she had thumbs right around now.
My dad just came in and asked me if I would look up a definition for "mojo" for him. Random.
