'Out Of Gas'

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I heart WindSparrow. That is all.

okay, it's not really all, but it's a lot. Cass, I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. I heartily endorse the swirlie and rash.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

only I avoid the whole problem with the not communicating with them thing.
Not communicating tends to result in me receiving *very* upsetting letters.

This way? I am calling their house, sending stuff when appropriate, even planning my dad's visit here in June, and so she really can't complain.

It's bonkers. But whatever.

okay, it's not really all, but it's a lot.
Oh, I totally heart Andi.

I miss my mint. I need some mint...

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

d! we're bourbon twins! I know not where my love came from either!

I know where mine came from. One of the trustees of my university was the CEO of Jack Daniels.

Sorry about the continuing family drama, Cass.

I know where mine came from. Well, the bourbon and ginger, at least.

Chicago, four years ago. Trudy Booth, at the bar.

Good times, good times.

Now tagless for your comfort.

One day I'm out of here and you all rack up nearly 400 posts! New, sexy haircuts, jello and all kinds of fun.

We're just doing laundry after being gone for a week and I'm shocked by the 45 freakin' degree rainy weather we're having after having been in the warm sun of Puerto Rico.

We drove directly to meet the in-laws to pick up the kids as soon as we got off our flight yesterday. Owen was in his grandfather's arms when I walked up to him. He looked at me suspiciously, frowned and then clung to Grandpa's neck. It took him a while to warm back up to me. Stake. Through. The. Heart.

It's a good thing Olivia didn't hold a grudge.

Jess, hair shmair-- I love your *glasses*!! What brand are they??They're so cute, and very similar to the kind of shape/color I've been looking at/for.

I'm getting the pig!

Jess, I love the color!

It sounds like you're doing all the right things, Cass. And may I just say that I'm highly impressed by your calm rationalizing and continuation of being a great stepdaughter even when your stepmom may not totally deserve it.

As for me, I'm having hair issues. I used a rich brown color once during the winter and now I have a very noticable cut-off of color from red to brownish red. I *know* that it's very noticable because a boy noticed it and this particular boy rarely notices ANYTHING.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Thanks! They're ProDesign -- I got mine at Lenscrafters.

Okay, the people next door are having a party, and they have a karaoke machine. The guy singing right now should not be singing in public. Or at a private party, so loudly, right next to my open window.

How much regrowth (red) do you have before the brownish red?
