This isn't a come-on. I'm in a very serious relationship with a landscape architect.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Aimee, they would not laugh at you. They would be excited that you came to visit and they'd probably want to follow you around and help you with everything until you were comfortable.

Brenda, she's adorable.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Some old ladies at the pet store were playing with it and she was immediately all MINE MINE MINE.

Insisted on carrying it all the way home, too. Which if nothing else did wonders for the general mood of the entire neighborhood.

As said elsewhere, LOVE Aimee's haircut. Not said elsewhere, d - so pretty!

Plea for help from Plei (heh, rhyme) - with the Alima foundation (yeah, I'm a sheep), you said a flocked sponge... do you dampen it at all, or does the powder just go on dry - and maybe is the whole point? I have some now, but I'm sort of at a loss. My skin tends to be oily, so I'm not sure how this will all turn out, but...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

The lie-berrians won;t laugh at me if I ask them HOW to find a book will they?

Well, I would, but that could just be because I like laughing at you.

What library, and what book? Maybe I can find it for you. Also, if you mean the main branch of the LAPL, no, because that place is hella confusing, even with the maps everywhere.

LAPL, no, because that place is hella confusing, even with the maps everywhere.

This ain't no lie. They won't laugh at you at all because even though we've been in there a bazillion times, still get lost. (Also? The Children's section usually has the most helpful staff and easily found bathrooms!)

Always Anti-fascist!

Somebody in the Bay Area's got my brain. Give it back now and I'll let you play with it next week.

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Come and get it, if you want it that much.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

X-Posted from LJ:

I went to the lie-berry!

And I only almost cried once!

I got my card, and proceeded upstairs to the children’s lit section, only I went one floor too far. So, I wandered back down to the second level, but took a wrong turn. I ended up in the art history section. (This is where I almost cried.) Well, being the giant freak that I am, and in my never-ending quest to NOT look like an idiot, I wandered into the section and wondered, “Ok, how long do I need to pretend to look for something before I can do the ‘Couldn’t find what I was looking for’ shrug and then leave?” The answer is about ten minutes, as I found the Hollywood section.

So, I left the Hollywood section and went down to children’s lit and found five great board books for Em, and then wandered over to Teenscape for the three His Dark Materials books and The Third Summer of the Traveling Pants.

Yes, NINE books! I did the self-checkout (note to self: bring TJ’s canvas bag to carry books in), and then sat down in the sun and read the first two chapters of the Pants.

I went to the lie-berry!

YAY going to the lie-berry!

I need to go and return some books I've got over due. hopefully this time I'll remember to bring my notebook with the list of books I want to read.
