Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I feel like this is a terribly anti-girly embarrassing question, but, it's not like it'll be the last time I embarrass myself.

When I put on normal foundation (the usual I can afford drugstore stuff), it goes on fine(ish, not considering quality, disclaimer out the ass, etc.), everywhere except my forehead. On my forehead it floats on top of my skin (float is a misnomer) with streakiness and lines and fingerprinty weirdness. Why does it do this to me? What can I do to fix it?

Is your forehead oily compared to the rest of your face? If you don't need a lot of coverage there, apply last, and mix it with a little water first. (A very little water. You just want to thin it slightly.)

vw, I am sure someone will let you play with samples at the F2F, and, if they don't, you can come by here and play with the samples I ordered when you get back.

Liquid foundation does that to me but not powder foundation. I am not, however, the one to ask about girly things.

Oh, yes, I do believe it is. Even when it's dry and not at all oily, post-face wash, it still does that, but I could try the water thing.

(edit: thank you! It's nice to have a plei in my corner.)

Liquid foundation does that to me but not powder foundation.

Good to know. I have not yet tried powder foundation. I will, though, soon. I like the looks of Alima a lot.

Is he deluded, or just the cutest little masochist ever?

Yes.

With aplomb.

Yup, 'aplomb' is my new favorite word.

Oh, and you're both going on report, cheeky minxes.
