I'd say take some benadryl, or whatever usually works for you, and only call the doc if it doesn't help.

I have a lyrical ass? Right on! That's probably the nicest thing anyone's said to me today. Aw! But I should warn you that there aren't any heavy metal lyrics in Perkins' lj game so you probably won't know any of them. Plus, they're all really super hard. Best just to not try.

Take antihistamines, Suzi, and wash with a soap strong enough to take off oils. Cortisone cream (1%) often works better for me than benadryl cream.
