Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm getting the pig!

I reserved two crabs for us, by the way.

Sounds like how my gf should've described what turned out to be our double date last night.

ION ~ I clicked on all of the dress links and now I'm feeling horribly greedy and want all of them to magically appear in my closet.

Heck, I've already got my dress and I want all of those e-bay dresses too. That Lily Diamond is adorable and I'm kicking myself that I'm not 30 years old anymore and could fit into the darn thing.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

The dresses are nice but I keep thinking the money would be better invested in vintage patterns so I can sew something that would be made for me. Not so big in the bust, big hips and apple-shaped at the moment. :(

I can't wait to get some room for sewing again. I really look forward to making clothes that fit and flatter and are as unique as I can make them given that fabric and patterns are also subject to the vagaries of mainstream fashion (which is at a nadir right now as far as I'm concerned).

Alla your big boobs? Not me, either. All the dresses would fit in the waist but I'd have to take the bust in 2-4 inches on every one.

Our wings are not tired.

Happy Birthday Karl! And a big smooch when I see you. (well, that was happening even if it wasn't your birthday)

~ma for your brother Spidra. It must be so hard on the families of those in harm's way.

I foolishly measured myself. There is about a 5" spread between the bust waist hip measurements. And it is not a range I expected to ever experience when not 7 months pregnant. And yet I haven't done crap to change it, so rolly polly me.

My life does not include occasion for vintage wear, except vintage tropical wear perhaps.
