We're still working on a plan, but so far it involves being sent to prison and becoming somebody's bitch.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Aimee, you should totally do that. You could make your fortune.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just walked into Georgetown and spent way too much money on books (one of which I kind of needed, the other I really didn't need, but it seemed cool) and Lush stuff (ONE thing I bought was the thing I went in to buy. The other two things just kind of seemed cool. But I think one of them has given me a rash.)

Those houses in Ireland look gorgeous.

For those calorie counters among us - Hardee's has a new sandwich.

Ew. That's just too many sandwiches at once. Burgers and cheesesteaks should stay separate.

I don't know, that looks like it could be really good. For about three bites.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I had a great day with my older nephew. We went to lunch at Friendly's, to see Ice Age: The Meltdown, and then to Target to buy toys for him and the baby. We had a wonderful time, and then we went back to the house so I could play with the baby for a while. As soon as I got into the car I burst into tears. I am going to miss them terribly.

I'm getting the pig!

sj, yay for good days. Boo for bursting into tears, love.

Eleven hours at work and I still didn't finish everything I needed to finish today. This bites. And it means I'll have to go into the office for a bit tomorrow morning before heading over to the hotel where the Focus Group is being held. All Damn Day. So, more with the biting.

And I didn't have time to get my hair cut so that I could color it tonight. My roots are quite evident and will be even more evident by the time the weekend rolls around. This bites *and* pecks *and* gnaws.

I need some Cranky Lotion and some Cranky Shoes to go with the rest of my Cranky Ensemble. Maybe some Cranky Nail Polish, as well.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That does suck. Nicole. I hope Friday and the weekend are better.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Working on my Self-Evaluation of Teaching. Well, I won't have any trouble getting it to the required length, but it's gonna take a buttload of editing. Plus, I probably ought to put more positive things in there, so I don't look like such a loser. I feel like I could write about either my strengths or my weaknesses, but trying to write about both is really hard.

I'm getting the pig!

You gotta be careful when hugging the cranky, sweets. Very dangerous. Ask one of my co-workers. And what a whiner he turned out to be. Yeesh.

Heading to IM. Give me a minute.

I hope Friday and the weekend are better.

Me too! And thanks.
