Yeah, we're building a race of frog-people. It's a good time

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I will be even more into a party mood for F2F as that will be after my first week at work. Woot and hoot!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I went to that zillow one and checked on the price of a house 3 doors down from my mom that's currently for sale.
I did that too. Then I moved to Portland. Crazy prices.

Congratulations, Spidra!

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Congratulations, Spidra! It's so fun to come in here at the end of the day to good news.

Today was the first day in weeks that I actually got out of work at my scheduled quitting time. I celebrated with a couple of beers and some trivia. Yay.

Congrats, Spidra! And welcome to campus! I can't wait 'til all the students leave and we have the place to ourselves! (Did I say that out loud?)

Grain moths are teh ick. I had to get rid of everything and fumigate twice before getting rid of the damn things. I'm crossing my fingers for your kitchen vw!

Now I must go give my husband, who is slaving over the dishes, a cheer. Rah! Rah! Rah! It helps him get through the last of the pots and pans...

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

(Did I say that out loud?)

If not, then I did.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Whoa, I got to slut!

(And, true to my slutty nature, I'm going to get some and leave, because I have to work tomorrow morning at an ungodly hour.)

I can't even.

and don't want JohnSw to feel that he's the only one with unmentionables mentioned

I'll take that as a kindness, Epic. I did feel like I was kinda flapping in the breeze there.

Saw Inside Man tonight. I thought it was slick and fun. Not too deep but had some moments.

Which sort of answers the questions for us...

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

gronk.

I'm having a "nibbled to death by ducks" kind of week.

I want ice cream. I have none.

Somebody tell me that next week will be better?
