Definitely -- ever since I moved into a neighborhood with a really good butcher, I haven't bought meat from a supermarket once.

Actually, I want to invite my friend Allison and her son, George. But, my house is SO not 1-year-old proofed. Ah. I've never heard of anyone using it for this before. The only people I've seen using them are in restaurants and stuff where they overcook because they don't want to get sued. I usually just poke it, much like Jessica.
